Perform Warehouse Special Mission
Side quest Vault Cities. You can get it from Sama.
Description
If The Drifter asks for additional equipment, Sam will refuse it, but will offer to complete a warehouse special assignment in exchange for a valuable reward. Namely, bring five items necessary for the Vault: ion synthesizer, pulse modulator, clothes synthesizer chip, pressure regulator and gas analyzer. A list of items will also be shown in the Pip-Boy for the duration of the quest.
Walkthrough
The quest will take quite a long time to complete, as the items you are looking for are scattered all over the map. Location:
- New Reno
- Ionic Synthesizer is located in the Bunker, behind the Stryker headquarters. The only way to get there is by completing Stryker's quests, being Louis, or by picking a very difficult lock.
- Pulse Modulator is located in the City Hall Basement, in the room across from Thompson's office. Entrance there is free.
- Wind of War
- Cloth Synthesizer Chip is located in the abandoned Vault. It can be picked up without a fight if you go along the far corridor.
- Las Vegas
- Pressure Regulator can be bought or traded for food at Hoover Dam
- Salt Lake City
- Gas analyzer is located in the "home" shelter, in slums.
Reward
- 500 xp for each item (total 2500 xp)
- After giving all five items to Sam, you can choose from:
