An item of pre-war technology from the Vault-Tec Vault. This item should be found and delivered to Vault City in the quest "Perform Warehouse Special Mission".

Location

The item is removed by using the Repair skill on a special device in the family mini-shelter in Salt Lake City (Slums area). This item cannot be obtained until the quest is accepted.
