Great Salt Lake

From Fallout: Nevada

Natural natural reservoir filled with salt water. The lake occupies a huge hollow area, and the water area varies greatly with the seasons. In the world of Fallout: Nevada, it has about the same configuration as in reality.

The lake in antiquity was several times larger than it is now. Therefore, that territory of the ancient lake, which in our time is not occupied by water, is a salty land not suitable for agriculture or construction. On the world map, it appears as a white spot.

The surroundings of the lake is a destructive territory. Here you can often find acidic swamps, the usual inhabitants of which are acidic geckos. Local conditions forced the water lily to mutate (vokas), which made it acquire healing antiprotective properties.
