Description

Allows you to faster conquer the wastelands and have access to trunk wherever you go. The Trunk can be expanded by the mechanic in Salt Lake City

How to get a car

  • Arrive to winds of war.
  • In the first building there's a guy next to the door playing with a stone, obtain it from him.
  • In the second location, in the barracks at the end of the last building there's a gray locker which clearly stands out from others. You need to sneak past the soldiers, if you are having troubles in the second room enter the VAT and skip the lockers in combat mode, then carry on sneaking.
  • When you have both of the stones don't sell them, but instead use them on two statues in front of the building in the Free Parking zone.
  • A hole in the ground will appear in the room next to your personal safe, a secret passage. Get in there and run across the other side to climb up the leader.
  • Congrats, you are in the garage (while you are here, you may as well pick up the ammo crafting mashine), this will unlock a dialog option with Anders. Leave the garage via ladder outside or via passage again.
  • Now you need to obtain a Fuel Cell Controller in order to get car working, it's located in the Poseidon facility in the north near the Vault City (exact location on this video [YouTube link])

Good karma

  • Talk to Anders he will task you to bring to him a Fuel Cell Controller.
  • Once you have the Fuel Cell Controller, you can sell it to Anders for 2000, additionally he will also offer to sell you the car for 35000 (less if you have high enough barter skill).
  • If you opt in for the buy option you get the car

Bad karma

  • Repair the car with the Fuel Cell Controller and Repair skill 50 and steal the car. Negative Karma
  • Anders shoots on sight.
