Harold

Harold is an old ghoul he used to be friends with Richard Gray. He raided Mariposa military base with Richard Gray and other companions of his, after every one killed and Richard Gray thrown into a FEV vat by a crane he survived and wandered into wasteland. Before passing out due to exhaustion he started to turn into a ghoul. This happened because he was also exposed to FEV. After passing out he was picked up by a caravan. What he did after that is unknown but what is know that he was arrested by the Vault City patrols while looking for the Poseidon Oil nuclear power plant.
