A side quest City of Refuge. You can get it from Sergeant Stark
Description
When The Wanderer offers his services, Sergeant Stark instructs him to go to the Jerlak Community and examine in detail the situation in the settlement, the customs of the people, their lives and problems.
Walkthrough
It is enough to ask about the settlement itself Gerlak a, and any of the nameless residents, and then return to Stark and report back.
